We all face stress in this fast paced, demanding and uncertain world. Stress can set our thoughts spinning like a tire stuck in mud. Getting stuck in our spinning thoughts leads to anxiety. While we cannot always change the factors creating the stress or anxiety we can learn spiritual practices that over time can help transform the way we respond and help us get unstuck.
